As you know, what grows together, goes together. So each quarter you will receive a wedge (approximately 1/2 lb) of cheese from the region of the quarter's wine selection, and chosen to pair with one or more of the featured wines. Cheese will be vacuum-sealed and packaged with information on cheese origin, production notes and pairing suggestions.
